*All catering orders will be delivered to location 15-30 minutes prior to event start. Any orders under $200 will be subject to a $10 ‘still gotta light the smoker’ service fee.

*All catering/delivery orders require at least 72hrs notice and a 50% deposit to secure time. Larger events may require up to a week.
