Sarlie’s started as a joke—our shared Netflix account when Sara and Charlie first started dating. But after 12 years of smoking BBQ, countless cooks, a couple kids and a standing joke that my father-in-law would rather eat at “Sarlie’s” than anywhere else, it became the real deal.
