Sarlie’s started as a joke—our shared Netflix account when Sara and Charlie first started dating. But after 12 years of smoking BBQ, countless cooks, a couple kids and a standing joke that my father-in-law would rather eat at “Sarlie’s” than anywhere else, it became the real deal. We smoke low and slow on a Weber Smokey Mountain with charcoal and apple wood. What started in our kitchen is now Sarlie’s Sweet Heat BBQ—made with experience, family and a whole lot of love.

We are located in Stanfield, NC partnered with a commissary kitchen in Concord, NC.

We offer local delivery on Wednesdays and Fridays. Catering available, reach out with your location, we’re happy to travel for larger events!
